The VIP Mail program uses systems designed exclusively for Prudential Properties Plus to send targeted emails to up to 5,000 Agents in Toronto and the GTA to advertise our Agents' open houses. When a Prudential Properties Plus Agent has an open house with lunch (because, hey, everone loves a free lunch), they can instantly reach hundreds of Agents with a well-designed email which has photos, descriptive text, map links, and a link to the detailed property page on TorontoTheGood.com. Other Agents send email announcements of their open houses, but no one has the technology that Prudential Properties Plus has in terms of creating and maintaining up-to-date lists of Agents across Toronto. 

These open houses are very useful in exposing a property to other Agents. Attendance at our open houses has shot up dramatically in the year since we launched the VIP Mail program, and we are constantly being asked by other Agents and Brokers how we do it.  

Like the Colonel's secret recipe, however, that's something we prefer to keep to ourselves, and give to you as an advantage when you list with us.
