Technology today makes finding or marketing a home more exciting and rewarding than ever. I use email and my Blackberry extensively to constantly communicate with my clients.
Buyers will have the distinct advantage of my Accredited Buyer Designation which is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer Representation. To help buyers find thier dream home I use all the latest methods like Prospect Match, a computer program that automatically searches your criteria and emails you a link to the MLS system.
Sellers will have the distinct advantage that our VIP email program gives them by promoting their home to other agents with buyers under contract, giving your home maximum exposure. Most other agents just don’t have this ability.
